      Pros

      The culture and people that work at Medicity are it's greatest strength. They have a fun squad that work to come up with fun activities for the employees and their families. Their offices are professional and well maintained.

      Cons

      They are not as cohesive between departments as they need to be to develop solid solutions. They don't have enough people in development and QA positions. They are starting to outsource more and more work to offshore resources.

      Good people in the team (negate the boss) . Lot of knowledge sharing

      Cons

      No structure, design document, or design pattern in place. Technology wise they are backward. Bosses are bossy with lot of ego and attitude. They will make your life very hard.
