      - Outstanding ideas and products - Wonderful people to work with - The main office in NYC has a great vibrant work culture

      -Resistant to change - Could use more products to complete the line - Small market share when compared to the rest of the world

      Pros

      There are a few good people but just a few. They have the best sub laminar band system on the market right now.

      Cons

      Senior management is completely out of touch with reality. They have the worst comp plan I have ever seen especially considering they have no business and virtually no approvals in any hospitals. They are demanding in situations where they need to be more accepting. There is almost an air of arrogance in regards to the products which are okay but severely lacking in so many categories. Too many holes in the product line, too numerous to mention all of them.
