Tons of potential, exponential growth, meritocracy is great.

Cons

Very high-school like environment, all the way up to top. Top management seems to embrace petty attitudes, perhaps to encourage internal competition.

Pros

Fun and committed colleagues and team members, accessible leadership team, company is always soliciting feedback and finding ways to build upon an already great work environment, what we do makes a difference in the lives of others

Cons

It is a sales org and that's not for everyone. We are wired to always want to improve, do better, do more and that is motivating to most, but not all. Playing a role in providing healthcare can be stressful - whether a doctor shows up to work or not matters, have to be able to let things that go wrong go, its a people business.
