Pros

Medicus is extremely employee oriented. It is based on a meritocracy so it doesn't matter if you've been here for 10 years or 10 days, the person that does a great job will be rewarded. There are always fun events going on around the office as well as a gym to break up the grind. Medicus is like a family atmosphere of very close coworkers that take care of each other and we all do our part to ensure the success of the company.

Cons

Base salary is a little low, so it's hard when you are first starting out. However, you can more than make up for it in commissions if you work hard and are successful. There is no cap on earnings.

Pros

Medicus holds it company culture at a high standard, they do monthly employee luncheons, company outings and Medicus Mingles events in order to keep the environment fun and encourage team building.

Cons

Medicus is a numbers driven company, so recruiters and direct sales people are constantly recognized and rewarded. Being in a department that supports theses departments but doesn't directly generate the revenue is difficult since our department's support is a big part of those numbers being generated, but the recognized by the company isn't necessarily there.

Pros

I have been with Medicus for a few years and still like coming to work everyday. The company cares about their employees and will go the distance to make sure there are new opportunities for growth so no one feels like they are stuck in a rut. We have a great culture, you can feel it the minute you walk in the door. Each division within the company has a great group dynamic and you always have your team to help you out.

Cons

We are a growth company and we move at a fast pace, which is not for everyone. Stress levels can be high at times. Employees are asked to adjust and evolve as we grow and not everyone likes change. Those not willing to stay the course and trust the process won't make the cut.
