Nobody cares anymore. It doesn’t matter if you’re a top employee or someone who manages to get away with doing the bare minimum. Everyone knows that anyone could be next on the chopping block. Upper management and C Suite level employees don’t care either. Legitimate complaints are ignored because, again, no one really cares. There is no direction or strategy either. Whether it’s because leadership doesn’t actually know how bad things are (they do) or if our leaders are just faking it with typical corporate manipulation (they are), everyone knows or is quickly realizing that this place is completely falling apart. There is no plan. There is no long term strategy. It’s all just putting duct tape on holes on a sinking ship and pretending that “this is fine!”
