Pros
Medifast is growing like gangbusters, which is exciting and challenging in a good way. And we're investing in people, culture, systems, and processes to become a world class company. The key to this is that management really cares about our culture. We're hard-working, but not workaholics. We compete in the market, not with each other. We really do value and promote diversity and teaming. I tell people that in my years here I've almost never been bored and (almost ;-) never wanted to work anywhere else.
Cons
Growth is challenging! We conquer one hill and find there's another bigger one right behind it. But this is part of what makes working here fulfilling.
