Can't say enough about the people here - talented, hard-working and focused - lots of camaraderie. Company truly cares about it's people and does so much internally to bring people together. Flexible schedules and PTO benefits are awesome. Feels good to work for a company that helps people change their lives for the better.

Cons

Many teams are lean - the upside of this is that you're able to learn and grow your skill sets by being involved in lots of unique projects.
