Cons
The company has been in a downward spiral for years. It has no real direction other than trying to throw every new fad that arises out there hoping something will stick. Every year it gets worse for employees, their benefits are removed, salary is far substandard and raises don't even meet cost of living increases. There are lots of excuses about expenses yet they do nothing about the biggest expense which is the hundreds of millions paid out in dividends to the less than 300 shareholders at the expense of the employees. Job growth is meaningless as it comes with nothing but more responsibilities and basically the same pay. The latest is forcing everyone back into the office regardless of if there is any value in. Everyone goes in and sits on video calls all day accomplishing nothing more than they did at home except adding wasted travel time and expenses out of their poor pay.
