      Pros

      This is such a large company. They have a large cafeteria, a nice gym, hockey and ping pong tables, etc. It was fun to get out of the office. They also have great benefits.

      Cons

      Management in general could be so much better. You are treated like you are replaceable and never appreciated. It truly felt like I was back in high school with all the drama this company had with the employees.

      Pros

      Honestly, I'm not sure if anyone writing bad reviews of product management has had prior experience to fairly benchmark.. this company continues to blow my mind with their flexibility and 'sky's the limit' mentality. I have so much autonomy to run my business as I see fit and we have an incredible amount of resources at our disposal. Medline is a fast paced company, and sure, there's a lot of mundane communication with sales reps and vendors always getting in the way of completing real work, but it comes with the territory. The campus is spotless and beautiful, the caliber of people that work here is(for the most part) impressive, and exposure to senior leadership/the family is easy to come by if you work for it.

      Cons

      As others have said, there's absolutely nepotism, and the culture is still a bit of a good ol' boys club sprinkled with hundreds of college grads, but if you can get past that, this is a highly successful company.

      This company screwed my colleague $80,000 out of her bonus. She was rookie of the year and 150% to plan. Never EVER work for this company.
