      Great coworkers. Meaningful work for interns.

      Cons

      Really just the CEO, not a big fan. Very, very controlling. Probably a much better company if someone else is at the helm.

      Laboratory work culture is different from other departments

      Pros

      Medpace offers a lot of flexibility to their laboratory interns & pays well for an internship position

      Cons

      The Medpace company culture is sometimes inaccessible to laboratory employees. Medpace often has events that all employees are invited to, but due to the function of the laboratory (constant operation, constant testing, ect), laboratory employees cannot participate in these events.
