Management is incompetent, pay is awful, raises are awful, coworkers are weird, create stupid policies because the head of the department is a yes man.

Pros

Free soda on every floor. The gyms are pretty good. Coworkers can be great.

Cons

Poor salaries, ridiculous oversight, poor management, poor communication between teams, rigid advancement structure, poor benefits, poor/non-existent bonuses despite an incredible financial year.
