You trauma bond with your fellow coworkers

Cons

They don’t care about you in anyway. The benefits are the worst I’ve ever had. They fire people without reason. They make you feel replaceable everyday and everyone fears that they will be let go without a reason why. I left on my own because I couldn’t handle the fear of missing one thing and being fired.

Friendly team outside of management

Cons

Such a traumatic experience. Lack of transparency with communication with employees. Promise promotions but cannot commit to delivering. Pride themselves on flexibility but this is not the case. Force employees to come in to the office on train strike days or to use annual leave. There is no future at this company.
