Work life balance is great. Work is fairly easy

Cons

Pay is way under midpoint. Tech stack is very dated. Managerial staff have little desire to actually propel the company forward from a tech stand point (though they talk about it al). Most long term employees are stagnant and okay with just doing what they are supposed to. Not a good place for mentors or people who want to advance their skill set

Fast growth, opportunities to grow professionally, Active/Energetic workforce, co-workers make it enjoyable to come to work. Campus environment and amenities are great compared to a typical office environment

Cons

Unique company culture can be difficult to navigate for some, still operating with a lot of control from the top

All employees start with 3 weeks vacation plus ~8 holidays, 1 week sick pay, free lunch (salad, pasta, veggies, soft drinks). Bonus nearly every year, fitness center and trainer on site.

Cons

Health insurance expensive, unless you are single and healthy. Some groups seem to not be managed well due to turnover and mandatory overtime.
