Pros

Good benefits and vacation time. Your supervisor will make or break the position, but I have been lucky to have a good supervisor

Cons

Low pay. Told that you can transfer departments, but they don't tell you this is usually a 6-8 month process (which can't occur until you've been with the company 12 months.

Pros

People that are still in the company with experience are the best thing that Medpace has, they are such a good team and hard working people.

Cons

Management do not care about their staff they have no respect for their good work, they let experience staff go and put people with no experience, they clearly do not care about the company at all, They are not flexible to their staff needs.
