- none, maybe free lunch

Cons

- high turnover due to firing - do not invest in their employees, nor listen to their concerns - managers do not work with their trainees to help get them through the training period - once through training there is minimal work to do so people just sit around on their computers and do nothing all day - uncertainty with job security

Pros

Good facilities, some knowledgeable individuals, growing campus.

Cons

Poor benefits. Will hire CRAs with no experience which is a bonus, but these millennials complain about EVERYTHING. They cannot take any feedback, they think everything they do is perfect, and its a tragedy if they get terminated for not doing their job. Its laughable that a lot of these people think they deserve better when they have not put in ANY work to make a difference. Everyone started from the bottom, but its up to you to put in the time and effort. Thankfully, these people get weeded out pretty early but they are the first to put up the negative reviews. Go figure :) They will probably post a negative review about their service at a bar on Yelp later tonight too.

Pros

A good first start in the industry - they will hire you with no prior work experience. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

Employees are severely underpaid, with no transparency or logic regarding promotions and corresponding (laughable) salary increases. Inexperienced and incompetent managers employ favoritism and sexism. If you place any value on yourself professionally, you can do much better than Medpace.
