      Pros

      I cannot think of any. The morale and the working climate are so oppressive-its immediately palpable on the first day! Don't take a job there. They are hiring so many people so fast and people are quitting and getting fired so fast!

      Cons

      The leadership are only interested in themselves. They will say absolutely anything to a potential customer/sponsor to get business. They routinely take on projects they have no expertise in just to make a profit. They do not have the software resources necessary to execute projects properly. My department used third party, free software from the internet to produce data for some of the projects. All of this is carefully covered so as not to be discovered on an audit.

      Pros

      Young corporate culture, many free perks (e.g. workout classes, gym, lunch), newer office building, training program for CRA's new to the industry.

      Cons

      They are a very manipulative and back-stabbing company, they convince you that you will be hired as a new CRA and complete their training with plenty of work to be completed, but that is not the case. Upper management does not value newer employees or those lower on the totem pole. It's unfortunate that I accepted a job here. If you want long term employment do not apply here!

      Young friendly colleagues, but payment under industry average

      Pros

      The colleagues are young and there is an international working environment. For most of the time, the language used is English. A fairly relaxed working environment. Possibility to have flex hours from time to time.

      Cons

      The most important con is the payment, that is below industry average. Possibility of raises and bonus after 1 year in the company, but those are not significant. Management in London and Cincinnati is not really paying attention to the specifics of each country/ local requirements; this leads many times to confusion and more time spent taking internal decisions than it would be really necessary. Very slow process and limited possibilities for advancement. People leaving and joining the company each day - hard to keep track of all your colleagues, especially of they are located in other country. Most people spend 1-3 years in the company.
