1. Flexible hours. 2. Get to see a lot of the country. 3. Nice co-workers.

Cons

1. Pay isn't the best. 2. Extra perks for Cincinnati people ONLY such as gym and lunch and different social events. This is not true for MN, TX, or MA offices. No social outings for home-based staff. 3. Experience can differ based on who your supervisor is. My first supervisor was awesome and supportive. My second and current supervisor is the exact opposite and has been known to penalize her staff for asking questions. 4. CTMs have way too much authority. If you get on their bad side, forget it. They can make your life and job a challenge. 5. Upper management won't give you the time of day. I've tried engaging them in conversation. You are indeed a number. This is even more so now since the company has an IPO.
