Pros

They have good training resources which are good for beginners. Free salad lunch and free gym are also plus.

Cons

Politics is everywhere. Performance is more like a politic matter. No transparency there. You never know what could happen if you don't spend time on pleasing your boss.

Pros

The company has a good work life balance and both upper management and line management are very approachable and understanding of personal issues. There is opportunity for progression, which is based on skill acquisition rather than time with the company, so if you pull your socks up and work hard promotion can be fairly regular.

Cons

Despite the company's recent good performance over the past two financial years bonuses and merit increases are relatively poor until you reach the 3rd or 4th tier of your career progression ladder. This is to make the starting salary seem more appealing by bunching the grading midpoints together, but means poor increase until you get higher up in the company.

Pros

Great atmosphere, majority of people you meet are very friendly. Work load is fair, not too overloaded. Free gym, food trucks come about twice a week, free good food once in a while.

Cons

Poor upper management decisions, took away everyone's cubes for a bigger cube shared with another employee(to save space, but it really doesn't), not enough parking, free salad bar gets boring after a month.
