- Young Atmosphere - Free Lunch (Salad) - Clean Facility - Great experience for people straight out of school -Great coworkers -Casual wear - Don't have to work holidays, 3 weeks vacation right off the bat

Cons

-Expensive healthcare with poor coverage. - No work/life balance. - You are highly dispensable - Lack of communication - No stability on workload - Supervisors can be outright bullies/ verbally abusive. - Atmosphere is work hard, don't screw up or you'll be fired or at least humiliated in front of your coworkers.
