Nice location, good reputation and friendly people

Cons

Pay is very low compared to industry standards. They falsely promise competitive pay at the website but in reality the pay is much less. So I am looking somewhere else. Healthcare is expensive.

The company is growing so rapidly there is a lot of opportunity for the current staff. The employees are friendly and you also can't beat the perks at Medpace: free onsite gym, complimentary daily lunch, casual dress, and company bonus.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, but it can take time to hire and train people, so a lot of employees can feel the stress and take on a large workload as we go through these growing pains.
