Cons

I was at Medpace for a year. By far the worst company I have worked for. There is no opportunity for growth, management is horrible, staff turnover ratio is high, CSA's are underpaid, and they give you vacation time, that you haven't "technically" accrued. Management rejects promotions.

Might be a good place to work for someone without a family and want to get a foot in the door.

Cons

Managers are close minded, will only promote people within the circle who will agree with their philosophy.

Pros

Flexible hours, free lunch, well rewarded over time (yearly bonuses and merit raises, stock options for higher level employees), free fitness classes and gym. Very little micromanaging, most managers empathetic, good vacation time and sick time.

Cons

Upper management seems disorganized, very little training for managers on how to manage people, inconsistent policies, no ability to work from home for most positions, benefits are slightly expensive.
