Pros

Decent benefits, free lunch (at least prior to COVID) and gym were really nice. The campus is nice and not in the middle of downtown.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly, and so there is a bit of an issue with turnover and training (they have trouble with keeping up with all the new hires sometimes)
