Poor pay, no raises, constant lay-offs, poor case management, changing SOPs, no 401k match, unlimited FTO but you are discouraged from using it

I've heard negative things from current and former employees regarding the state of the company. They called me one day, after almost a decade of work, and was let go with severance. My guess was it was a cost cutting measure, but I put in a ton of hours on salary that I'll never get back.
