I've heard negative things from current and former employees regarding the state of the company. They called me one day, after almost a decade of work, and was let go with severance. My guess was it was a cost cutting measure, but I put in a ton of hours on salary that I'll never get back.

I believe my boss was working two jobs, because he was very hard to get ahold of. I liked the people, but was left alone for weeks at a time without any support or clear direction.
