Cons
They’ll work you to the bone. An average week consisted of 20 hours of driving, 7 corporate meetings, 70+ phone calls from patients and hours of computer activity totaling to a 60 hour work week. There is zero work life balance. You do not get a corporate phone or car so be prepared for that. I had patients calling my personal phone nonstop and even on Christmas. Even then, multiple people TMs were not appreciated by management and were put on a PIP with 87% QTD. The quotas are also unrealistic. Look at the base salary because you’ll more than likely be making that.
