      -Good working atmosphere -Easy-going and understanding management -Perfect life balance -Nice benefits (benefity-cafe, meal contribution, work from home)

      Cons

      -It is a SSC so career opportunities are mostly limited to someone's promotion or leave in order for you to advance -Routine job most of the time, which leads to little self-development opportunities on-the-job. You can develop horizontally, but if you have no intention to move to another country see the bullet-point above -Many trainings to choose from, however their added value is questionable relating to the job functions
