      Great people to work with and interesting work to engage on. There is also opportunities to learn and try new things.

      Management struggling to determine what direction to proceed. This results in confusion and stress among the rank and file employees.

      Pros

      A very people friendly environment. Coworkers and management are supportive of each other. Work hours are flexible. Lots of freedom to find and work on issues.

      Cons

      Medical devices is a very highly regulated industry. People are careful to avoid mistakes, and copious amounts of documentation are required to be sure that we are covered. Thus product and process improvements are very slow. If you want to make a difference, it will take a long time. Even simple changes can take years.

      Strong company, great products, good training, great people to work with, great benefits, a true leader in the industry, customer driven.

      Cons

      Pay is at the low end, takes awhile to move up in the company, not very much feedback, upper management does not take the time to understand what is going on and who is standing out as hard workers.
