      Pros

      Good people around who can help and teach you what to do. Free tea and coffee.

      Cons

      Poor salary, work ethic really low, the supervisor never on its a place, lack of bonuses, do not pay for anything, very low work standards to their employees.

      Pros

      Mega aid is a great to place to learn if you’re brand new and need work experience. If you are in the pharmacy field you can definitely gain extensive knowledge and experience. Even if you are not and just need a job you will learn how to multitask and gain an excellent work ethic. They are also pretty flexible with your schedule if you are still in school. If you are a hard worker upper management will eventually recognize it and take you under their wing. You can learn a lot from them. They might be a little rough around the edges but they are honestly very brilliant and you do have to admire what a long way they’ve come with the company. The experience working here is honestly what you make of it.

      Cons

      Employee and work culture was definitely lacking not so sure about now, Pay is not that great and raises were difficult to obtain Management would keep employees out of the loop A lot of misunderstandings, miscommunications and sometimes unpleasant situations would occur because of it There’s no real incentive to stay for more than a year
