Fellow coworkers, flashy signs, low volume

Cons

Location, always need coverage for other departments, no loyalty to those who don't take sick days, HR ladies that will fire you for no reason, and managers that are constantly unsatisfied and completely disorganized

Pros

Direct deposit, no real dress code

Cons

I've done call center work before. We had 2 wees to 3 weeks training. Here there is no training. They zit you down and you learn as you go. Really? Sucks horribly. Management stinks. The COO is in charge. They treat you like your just another face. Pay rate is horrible. I'm used to 16 plus an hour. Worse mistake ever.

Overtime and timely pay. A few good supervisors. Immediate start after hire. Not too much more good from this establishment.

Cons

No room to grow and doesn't stick to the job description. They Make you do other work positions that aren't yours.
