-supervisors think that they were doing fine without you and treat new employees as unwelcome competitors -piles of documents from previous months/years are waiting to be sorted -demoralizing atmosphere -nobody will tell you what your goals are or how your performance will be judged -tiny salaries, just 40 hours a year of paid time leave, no pay for holidays

Been working with this company for over a year. Just built their whole new office at the bat. They call me right after it's done, after I finished putting in my hours and my work to build this place from scratch, and they fired me. Their office is done they don't need me anymore. I been skipping my lunch, coming in at 8 working til six some days.made me to back and forth on my own dime between their two offices. They just use you and spit you out.
