24/7. Honor holidays for team members. Lines of communication to associates could be better. Pay for hourly team members could also be improved. Take better care of the foot soldiers

Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule, fast pace, not much micromanagement, pay was good for entry level, never a dull moment. Many great coworkers, a generally younger crowd, and fun to be involved in such a large-scale operation.

Cons

24/7 operation, lots of Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights spent at work, freezer/cooler environment, high turnover among the hourly workers. Either praised or criticized for production numbers that I didn't have full control over.
