Pros

Virtually nothing. I would recommend almost any job over this one. There are worse jobs in the world, but they usually pay more and sometimes that makes it worth it. This was terrible pay for a terrible job.

Cons

Very low hourly pay (minimum wage). Limited to approx. 20 hours per week. Terrible shift (most days I started at 5am).

Pros

The 401k match is great

Cons

They took away the bonus incentives and now you have to work 700 hours for a 35 cent pay increase whether or not you're a hard worker. A lot of people are just thrown into the system and expected to know things. Even if to work for one department you end up helping in a lot of other areas without recognition. The mTeam points system is somewhat of a scam. Your team lead can give you points but you end up paying big money in "taxes" for items tough can buy with your points. It's takes 1 year to get benefits; 3 years for two weeks vacation only if you're full time. If you train for management you have to apply for a position after training so you do all of this training and promises to end up not even guaranteed a position. Lots of pettiness. Managers that work very hard and insipre people are now beat down and looking elsewhere for work, which trickles down to baseline employees!

Pros

Making decent money. I like working third shift and the work isn't that hard

Cons

Work is however tedious. Management say one thing then do another. They dont care one bit about your life outside of the workplace. If another section of the store is behind, you are forced into overtime to help them get done when it isnt your fault they work slowly. The frozen load is left out hours at a time, thawing under heaters. They then have us re-freeze the items and sell them to customers.
