The people are great, the benefits and payout are not.
Pros
The people are some of the nicest people I've ever worked with and there is almost a sense of family among us. The company really doesn't discriminate in its hiring policies and will work with employees with disabilities to make sure they have the best situation for their needs. Also, they can be very flexible in their scheduling. I have received every day off I have asked for.
Cons
The benefits are incredibly hard to earn unless you are full time and becoming full time is rather hard if you have a limited availability. They prefer employees who are able to come in at any time, day or night. Also, your pay increases regularly until you hit a certain limit, then it doesn't matter how long you've been with the company, you will never make above that predetermined hourly rate.
