Average place to work

Pros

Good place to work. Decent pay. Fairly flexible with hours. Very hard to get fired as the union is very good to its people.

Cons

The counter to above, it's hard to get fired, which means there are a lot of useless people working here who really should have been fired a long time ago. If you are in a part time position insurance rates are ridiculous, costing close to $200 a week. For some positions, you remain part time for an extended period of time and these rates absolutely destroy your paycheck.

Pros

Pay was good, coworkers were nice, and the job itself was great.

Cons

Job responsibilities would change and my department would only have 1-2 people each shift. New employees should not be training others after two months.
