Pros
The job itself is ok. Not hard labor at all.
Cons
-Raises are not based on your work performance at all. You can work your butt off while other co-workers talk all day but they will still get a raise just because of the amount of hours they worked. -Even though most positions there are part-time;they want you to work five days a week but your days off are not scheduled back to back. -If your availability changes they say they will work with you on that issue but it's all talk and no action. -Even if you haven't got your ninety days in they will schedule you to work on a holiday so they don't have to pay you time and half. -It's a unionized employer, so people who are same rank as you can bump your breaks and lunch time just because they have worked there a week longer than you.
