The stress level is extremely high, especially in the food areas. Management doesn't care about the employees and the turn over rate is extremely high. About the time someone is actually getting the hang of things, they're gone again. They have a difficult time even getting people hired into the deli at my store. No one wants to work that department it's so bad. Even when they do hire new people in, they don't train them. They just expect you to start working immediately or within the first hour of being there without even learning how to properly use the equipment. The core values they say they have don't match how they respond to things.

Pharmacy is extremely busy and very understaffed. This leads to a VERY stressful environment which leads to quick burn out, but also leads to an over abundance of angry, dissatisfied customers. Poor training program. . . If you want to call it that. Team meetings were put off for at least 8 months, due to 'not able to afford it' or we can't because it will put us over budget (this really takes the cake!). All of this is due to the penny-pinching company. I do not recommend!
