      Pros

      Very little micro-managing, mostly relaxed depending on time of day.

      Cons

      -Lack of consistent supplies (though this has not been a problem now, it was for the last 3 years) -Unreliable product guarantees (if something comes from an animal then why is it so hard to make sure the amount of something is as it should be expected?) -Warehouse that sends wrong things too often -No way to tell customers that were getting something based on location of said product in supply chain -Recent remodel does not look good, not sure who designed the layout but there is so much wrong with how people actually have to interact with the area's there in it's almost criminal

      Management is flexible/ helpful in getting things done for you, provided it's a reasonable request Meijer tends to hire/ attract good people

      Lack of staffing/hours People calling off wreaks havoc on service schedule and causes long/tough days

      -The coworkers were nice -Break rooms were nice

      Cons

      -Constant overtime because the company places zero value on their works and has the mindset that everyone's replaceable -Calling management a joke would've been a complement, most incompetent crew I've ever had to work with -If you were to have a conversation with anyone there they'd openly tell you how much they hate their job -Was screamed at and belittled by one of the managers on SEVERAL occasions -Made to feel bad if you were in the weeds and fell behind -To give you an idea of how little they care, someone had to die of a heatstroke years before I'd worked there before they started handing out water cups on days where it was 100+ all day, especially when loading the trailers
