Too much responsibility is put on too few people. short staffed due to poor competitive wages at a highly demanding job which leads to high turnover Not enough hours are given to each department to meet the work load. Employees are expected to put out a high volume of product while responding to phone calls, customers, and anything else that may arise while being short handed. There’s just simply not enough being done by corporate to hire more people, and they will still ask more of you.

Everything is wrong with this place. Management sucks
