Good coworkers, and no micromanagement from team leads

Total mismanagement from the store director. Wayyyyyy too much product is ordered, and workers are unable to keep up. Trucks are routinely late. By the time the truck arrives, the shift is almost over. The work therefore cannot be completed, but the current store director (very incompetent) blames the team leads and workers. No attempt to get ordering under control whatsoever. The freezers and coolers fill with backstock that never gets worked, and more and more piles on with the excessive ordering. Freezers/coolers are routinely packed beyond capacity, and the store director again blames the workers.
