Pros

Insurance: great insurance and benefits packages.

Cons

Salary is no where near any of the other surrounding companies (even their caps) Upper management is not properly trained and even corporate professionals are not trained meaning the store hemorrhages money and good workers go unnoticed while slacking workers get promoted.

Pros

-pay better than some companies -pto accumulates based on hours worked -employee discount

Cons

-poor pharmacy leadership at the store in Findlay, OH -communication lacking -inconsistent rules depending on employee -harassing & belittling some employees until they quit or transfer -favorite employees make false allegations about other employees -one employee had multiple issues with timely and accurate pay -poor workplace culture, employees encouraged to spy on each other -lead tech acts like she is in charge -some use personal &/or work phone for talking & texting spouse and other employees a few feet away -inappropriately discuss personal and medical matters of staff with other staff members -management seems to not be aware of own company policies -daily family visitors for certain employees allowed on company time -personal problems brought to work then employee not able to focus on work -treats employees over the age of 40 differently and does not train like younger employees -intimidation of new techs by encouraging other employees to act poorly toward them -upper management supported unprofessional behavior and target employees -Retaliation commonly practiced to harass employees into silence -high turnover: Most recently, in one month there was a loss of 3 technicians and 1 pharmacist and most left with no notice due to toxic, hostile environment in pharmacy. Toxicity of this pharmacy is protected by upper management, HR, and store leadership. Management does not seem to care about correcting issues but more interested in covering up the inappropriate behavior.
