Manager gets off on terrorizing every employee in the store. Always seriously understaffed in every single department. Doing 4 people’s jobs at once. Other team leads like to come into other departments to micromanage you and because they are in a mood that day try to verbally push you around. I hear it from multiple employees across the store that has been bullied by either their own TL or another departments TL. One of the union stewards is useless and cares too much about being friends with everyone instead of doing their job as union steward.

A lot of work for so little people per team. It was very difficult to get all of the work done, so this resulted in a lot of overtime for the employees working during peak season. Fortunately, someone thought of their team and pushed hard for support, but it did not come until after peak season was over, and employees were burnt out.
