Pros

None really. Co workers are the only nicest things.

Cons

Every break will be late no matter what kind of day it is. You are often forgotten, marked off on their list, or they are just running behind. Expect breaks to be late by 1-2 hours. Sometimes you miss a last break, or sometimes your lunch will be where your last break will supposed to be. Pay scale. The pay is lower than some of the other big box retailers like Wal Mart. If you have lower experience, they will offer lower pay like between 11-12 dollars. If you have higher experience, 12 - 13. HR during interviews will ask to never speak of it to other employees because it lacks "fairness". HR is deceiving and will not tell you important things during the interview and orientation. Like holiday pay is not paid unless you have been there for 6 months and there is no 90 day review. If you want a pay raise, I was told by co workers that you are to work so many hours. I believe it was something like a 1000. Constantly short staffed and over worked Favoritism by management You have to punch out for every break besides your 1/2 hour lunch 10 percent discount on only selected items. Not grocery unless selected Meijer branded goods. For the Holiday Bonus, it was paid with points for in which you redeem for a gift card. Taxes come out of your pay check. It is like almost 30 percent! The union is mostly useless. It is an outside union. Management is VERY VERY ABLEST. Management hates not being able to use a person to the fullest extent. Constantly will try to put people with needs in physical demanding spots and expects them to endure it.

Pros

Nothing, nothing is good about this place.

Cons

They will take advantage of good workers, even after just getting over COVID-19. They will prevent you from taking a lunch until you have 2 hours left of your shift. The pay is horrible, management is sleazy. Honestly the worst job and worst place to work.
