Pros

-casual quarter raises -coworkers -easy work most often

Cons

-poor training -having to be a backup cashier when lines aren't even line -being held against breaks/lunches -treated like crap by managers -part time felt like full time and it didn't even need to be -point system -10% discount not even for food/hbc product -not so flexible schedule and hours are always uneven

paid vacations and other benefits after 1 year, raises available after so many hours

Cons

Demands alot to do, management dont know what they are doing, low pay, work lots of hours but not consider full time
