Pros

Initially - many. Hours, leadership, autonomy, etc.

Cons

Last 12-18 months, the worst leadership I have ever witnessed. They brought in leadership that had no experience and no willingness to learn. They made snap decisions about things they new nothing about.

Pros

Work with some really great people.

Cons

You go from 30 plus hours in summer then for no reason other than lining cooperates pockets, you go down to 15 hours after the holidays. The grocery side of the store is never slow, so there is absolutely no reason to cut grocery employees. No incentive to work weekends. No shift premium. No incentive to work grocery side even though we work with perishable freight daily, we start out for the same money as someone that stocks clothing. No accrued sick time even though you are permanent part time. They are no different than Walmart . They have better fresh fruit, veg , meat etc but how they handle and treat there employees is the same.
