Not a good company

Pros

It's easy to get in, and there is some possibility for advancement due to the ever increasing number of stores. Much of the work is simple, though some is labor intensive.

Cons

low pay, management quality varies widely, attempting to transition to more short-term, part-time employees at the expense of those who have been with the company for many years. At my current store, the store director is hesitant to purchase equipment necessary for us to replace what has broken, leading to great inefficiency.

Pros

They are pretty flexible with scheduling. For the most part management gives you the time off that you ask for (except during holidays). Benefits are ok, and pretty good people to work with. Incentive pay is nice as well.

Cons

Corporate is out of touch with what it takes to actually run a store and how they think it should run. Pay is horrible compared to others in the retail world. Raises are only given after so many hours of working there.
