Pros

Work is easy and simple. More so physical than mental. People you work with may end up being some of the nicest people you ever work with. 24 hour store, so your shift can be when you want it.

Cons

Low pay rate. Managers show favoritism. Horrible during the holidays. Benefits aren't the greatest. Management doesn't listen to employees. Customers can be a pain.

Pros

They pay you weekly. They sell you your uniform shirts and take it out of your pay check. This is a good place to work if you like to walk ( sarcasm ).

Cons

This company is very top heavy. Store Management has very little grocery experince. They also have a point system that you work till your fired for pointing out. I had 3 people point out in one year. They pay meat clerks $7.40 a hour an cant figure why no one will come and work for them. When they hire you it takes them 5 weeks to do a back ground check. Who making $7.40 can wait 5 weeks for a job

Okay part-time job during school

Pros

- I was able to move from utility worker to cashier, it seemed like moving between departments was doable - There were very accommodating with my school schedule. I went moved out of the city to go to school and I was able to come back to work during breaks whenever I wanted. I was even offered the opportunity to transfer to a store in the area if I wanted. I was nice to not worry about finding another job during summers.

Cons

- The pay wasn't great, but what can you expect. I missed out on raises based on time at the company, because I started at the company when I was a minor. When I turned 18, my wage was increased to minimum, but did not include the raises I received while I was a minor. - Most managers tended to micro-manage.
