Pros

Health Insurance is comparable to other organizations Decent PTO A few but starting to be outweighed by all the negative

Cons

This company continues to contradict it's core values through the actions of it's executive leadership and managers. The CEO repeatedly boast that they are looking at compensation across the organization yet my manager tells me not our area. Could someone please stop being blinded by the quarterly numbers and start looking at how you treat your employees across all levels of the organization. Reinvest some of those profits into training programs, better compensation packages and a development program that would actually help your employees, MyPath was a complete flop.

Pros

They never failed to pay me, I guess.

Cons

A large part of this job is spent auditing prices and signs for accuracy, but when you find errors you have to report them to the same people in Walker who caused them and they will largely ignore these problems.

Pros

Good team members, decent union, okay company.

Cons

No leadership training for Team Leaders. Low pay, unaffordable benefits, often high stress from higher ups.
