Was a family company, now capitalism at its finest!

Corporate is extremely greedy, I had been there 86 days when I worked new years Eve and New year's day, when I asked why I didn't get holiday pay they told me that I had to be there 90 days, they'll think of any excuse not to pay their employees. The point system is terrible, I was let go because I had 3 absences in a 45 day period, 2 of those absences we're because my grandmother passed away and I was out of town at her FUNERAL. When told them this they said "everyone has their reasons, it still counts as an absenteeism". DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS! If you do work here expect your hours to be cut in half random weeks. They say they are a "family company" but they absolutely could not care less about their employees.
