Pros
You'll make a lot of friends with your coworkers. If you're in high school, Meijer will be that right of passage ditch digging job that future employers will like to see on your resume.
Cons
You're a slave working here, not a human being. And that's not just the grunt employees, the front line managers are treated like garbage too. Don't expect any help from the union, just give them their dues and don't ask questions. The overall shopping experience is just as bad so don't expect much nicities from the customers.
