      Environment and people are all friendly, got to talk to multiple higher ups and learn about their journey

      The pay could be little better but I heard after staying a year you can have a chance to get promoted

      Decent base-line compensation. Nice place to work overall. The people and culture are great.

      Cons

      IT has lots of legacy (super legacy) tech that is not properly maintained. It's not fun to work on and unnecessarily complex. No extra monetary compensation for noteworthy contributions. Paper certificates and annual Olive Garden outings are all you can expect.
